Tyson & Associates is building The Collective north Chattanooga in East Brainerd

Tyson & Associates, the commercial general contractor, broke ground on The Collective North, part of The Collective Chattanooga, the first development from kismet | BP Collective, a new partnership between Kismet Holdings Group and BP Construction. The project will sit on approximately 30 acres at the intersection of East Brainerd Road and Morris Hill Road.

The Project

The Collective Chattanooga is planned as the city's first true lifestyle destination. It will bring together destination dining, wellness-focused businesses, entertainment venues, professional services, boutique retail and community gathering spaces in a walkable setting. At the center will be a signature community greenspace with a covered performance stage, an event lawn, outdoor gathering areas and destination dining patios. Year-round programming is planned for families, friends and visitors.

The Team

Tyson & Associates, which focuses its work in Southeast Tennessee, Northeast Alabama and North Georgia, is working alongside Kismet Holdings Group, BP Construction and MBI Companies, the project architect. The two companies formed kismet | BP Collective to create lifestyle destinations that combine wellness, dining, entertainment, professional services and community engagement. BP Construction also developed Cambridge Square, one of Chattanooga's most successful mixed-use destinations.
