PROJECT SCOPE:

The Shaw Plant RP project included design assist and construction management at risk of a NEW structural steel building on spread footings and slab on grade inside the existing manufacturing space. The project consisted of demolition of existing wood framed offices and reconstruction of 30,000 square feet of class "A" office space as well as new parking areas. It is located in Ringgold, GA.
