Project scope

The La-Z-Boy Parts Distribution Center project included design assist and construction management at risk of a NEW 85,000 square foot pre-engineered building on spread footings and slab on grade. The project consisted of 5,000 square feet of a class "A" office space and full site development of a 12 acre site. The manufacturing facility is located in Dayton, TN.
